Water and wastewater training courses are delivered to water personnel for
professional development, certification, and license renewal In Texas, the courses and
instructor are approved
by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) or Texas
Department of
Health.

Courses are performance based to achieve specific goals. Hands-on training,
individualized instruction, and performance reviews are an integral parts of the training
curriculum. Engitech develops new courses and prepares student training manuals. Manuals will
also be available for required certification courses.

Instructor
Clark Benson, is a Texas licensed professional engineer and holds "A"
licenses in water and
wastewater issued by the TNRCC. His 18 years of training experience
includes 16 years as
Division Head of the TEEX Water and Wastewater Training Division. He has
taught courses for
industry, community colleges, utility associations, state agency personnel,
and water utilities. He
has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and a M.S. degree in Civil
(Environmental)
Engineering from Texas A&M University and has taken additional course work
in education and
microbiology.

Training Costs
An 8-hour training class can be arranged on a
course fee basis or student fee basis. The student fee for a 8-contact
hour Texas designated course is $80 per student. The course fee for a
8-hour designated course in $1000 per class plus the cost of manuals and travel
expenses.
Training costs can be arranged on a course fee basis or student fee basis.
The student fee for 20-contact hour Texas designated courses is
$125 per student. The course fee
for a 20-hour designated course is $1600 plus travel expenses and
manuals cost.
