Altoona PA is having problem maintaining an effluent zn concen.<0.1 mg/l at one wwtp while the other has no problems. Concentration varies at the problem plant . The final zn concentration varies inversely with flow. Sometimes final is> than raw.Have been following situation for 5 months. Reduced zinc orthophosphate in potable water by 70% not sure of this effect. Would love to hear from someone
